Creator & Head Trainer
Kris Etheridge is Toorak’s leading personal trainer, with 20 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, over 30,000 sessions delivered and numerous certifications under his belt.
His clients include Australia’s top CEO’s, Entrepreneurs, Athletes, Celebrities and anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
He is primarily a specialist in building muscle, losing body fat and improving general health, however also has a background in sports performance.
"I wanted to offer my clients something truly special - a space where I would like to train, a place that was spotless, the best equipment, a friendly environment, that was private. Not everyone feels comfortable in a big gym so with these desires in mind I created KE Fitness.”
