Welcome to part two of Fast Fat Burning Snacks. Below are five quick, easy and tasty recipes to help you shed those kilograms.


Egg Salad

Ingredients: (Serves 1) 4 hard-boiled egg whites 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 slice of lean bacon, chopped ¼ cup celery, chopped 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Method: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve.


Ingredients: (Serves 1) 30g of the cheese of your liking.

 Protein Milkshake

Ingredients: (Serves 1) 20g of Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder 1 cup of skim milk

Method: Put all the ingredients into a blender or use a stick mixer to blend ingredients to preferred texture.

Crackers with Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon

Ingredients: (Serves 1) 2 whole grain crackers 50g of smoked salmon 2 tsp. of cream cheese Fresh black pepper or Tabasco sauce

Method: Lightly spread your cream cheese over one side of the crackers and top with the smoked salmon. Finish with a sprinkle of pepper or Tabasco sauce.

Veggie Sticks & Hummus

Ingredients Serves 1 2 tbsp. of skinny hummus 2 whole vegetables of your choice (carrot, celery ect)

Method Rinse the vegetables then cut them into 5cm strips. Dip the vegetables in the hummus and enjoy!
