1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground chilli
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 brown onion, finely chopped
480 g organic lamb mince
1 tub of tzatziki
Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil spray
Spray a non stick fry pan with olive oil and cook onion until soft and golden brown.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except for the tzatziki and mix until combined well.
Next roll the mixture into golf ball size pieces.
Now heat a large non stick fry pan and spray it with olive oil. Fry the meat balls until cooked through and browned all over.
To serve make the salad of your choice and finish with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of chopped coriander and 1-2 tbsp of Tzatziki.
